Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger type parameters and the meaning of M3-FM M3-FG
The plate heat exchanger is composed of a group of metal corrugated plates, which are provided with an opening, and a liquid flow channel is formed by opening holes. The corrugated plate is arranged between a fixed fixing plate and a movable pressing plate, and is clamped by a clamping bolt. The board is provided with a gasket, which seals the passage between the boards and makes the liquid flow into the adjacent channel alternately. The number of plates is determined by the change of flow rate, physical properties of liquid, pressure drop and temperature. Plate corrugation causes liquid turbulence and supports the plate to withstand differential pressure. The corrugated plate and the pressing plate are fixed between the upper and the lower rods, and the two are fixed on the supporting frame. The interface is arranged on the fixing plate and the pressing plate if one or two liquid forms a plurality of channels in the device.
