As long as the middle frame of the heat exchanger is used, the heat exchanging plate component can have various special functions. This provides users with the possibility to change the amount of processing and change the heat transfer coefficient K value or increase the possibility of new functions.
3, small heat loss
Because of the compact structure and small size, the surface area of the heat exchanger is very small, so the heat loss is very small.
4, the use of safe and reliable

5, is conducive to the use of low temperature heat source

Plate heat exchanger due to the geometry of its flow path, as well as two kinds of liquid are very high thermal efficiency, so that the amount of cooling water can be greatly reduced. This in turn reduces the installation cost of piping, valves and pumps.
7, less resistance loss
Under the condition of the same heat transfer coefficient, the resistance loss can be controlled in the range of 1/3 of the shell and tube heat exchanger through reasonable selection of flow rate.
8, small footprint, easy maintenance
Plate heat exchanger structure is very compact, the heat transfer in the same conditions, the space occupied by the shell and tube heat exchanger 1/2 ~ 1/3. The pipe exchange that need to set aside a great space to pull out tube maintenance. The plate heat exchanger only need to loosen the clamping screw, in the original space within the scope of the 100% contact heat exchange plate surface, and disassembly is very convenient.
9, high investment efficiency
In the condition of the same heat transfer, heat exchanger and shell and tube heat exchanger, the heat exchange area, covers an area of, fluid resistance, reduce the numerical cooling water project, the equipment investment and infrastructure investment, power consumption and cost is greatly reduced, especially when the need to use expensive materials. Because of high efficiency and thin sheet, equipment is more economical.
