1, plate heat exchanger equipment pressure test, including: water pressure test, dielectric test, air tightness test.

2, plate heat exchanger raw materials and equipment parts size and geometry of the test;

3. Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property analysis and metallographic examination of the raw material and weld of plate heat exchanger;

4, plate heat exchanger raw materials and weld defects in the inspection, the test method is nondestructive testing, it includes: ray detection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, etc.;

                                                    
     The pressure test and air tightness test: joint manufacturing plate heat exchanger deal with the completion of the heat exchanger tube sheet, tube side and shell side of test or increase the tightness test, pressure test including hydraulic pressure test and pressure test. Generally, the heat exchanger is subjected to hydrostatic pressure test, but it can not be used to fill the liquid or the operating conditions can not be allowed to retain the test liquid, because of the structure or support reasons.
