The heat exchanger is mainly composed of the plate, the end plate, the inlet and outlet pipe and the head.
The plate bundle consists of two adjacent plates at a 180 degree angle of alternately arranged and welded to form channel. The fluid flows through the inlet and outlet flanges in the form of a counter current in the plate, and the flow of the fluid in the flow passage is continuously changed due to the twists and turns on the plate, thereby greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
