Plate heat exchanger for refrigeration equipment

Plate heat exchanger is a kind of high efficient and compact heat exchanger. In the case of the same heat transfer load, the plate heat exchanger is only the shell of a 1/3 1/6, only the shell of the shell of a 1/2 1/5, the refrigerant charge is only about 1/7. In terms of water heat transfer, under the same load and the same water velocity, the heat transfer coefficient K value of the plate heat exchanger can reach 2001 "4650W/ (m2.K), which is a factor of 2 times of that of the shell and tube heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, small volume, light weight, convenient combination area and process, it has been widely used in refrigeration industry, for example in the water chiller and air source heat pump chiller as the evaporator, condenser, heat exchanger (superheated cooler, cooler, liquid) and the screw compressor oil cooler heat exchanger application more and more.
                                                          

     

1, refrigeration equipment for plate heat exchanger, due to the high side pressure of refrigerant (about 256ar), the permeability is strong, so the selection should be the first choice for the refrigeration industry production of high pressure brazing plate heat exchanger.

2, heat transfer coefficient is an important indicator to measure the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger. With the increase of the unit volume energy requirement of the refrigerating unit, the unit volume heat transfer area of the plate heat exchanger should be improved accordingly. The water-cooled and ethylene glycol cooling unit adopts the high efficiency and compact stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, the heat transfer efficiency is much higher than that of shell and tube heat exchanger, and the scaling rate is only 1/10.

3, the pressure drop in the condenser, the condensation temperature of the steam will be reduced, resulting in a decrease in heat transfer temperature difference; large pressure drop in the evaporator, will cause the export steam overheating. The two situation will increase the heat exchange area, the heat is unfavorable. For condenser, recommended refrigerant (such as R22) side pressure drop =<0.03 - 0.04 MPa; on evaporator, pressure drop =<0.01-0.03 MP2.

4, for the air-cooled heat pump unit, the water side heat exchanger used in the summer as a condenser evaporator for use in winter, the design should be selected for the calculation of the two, and finally to the larger size of the quasi.
