Assembled plate heat exchanger structure
The assembled (detachable) plate heat exchanger is composed of a heat exchanging plate, a sealing gasket, a front and a rear baffle plates, an upper and a lower guide rods, a clamping bolt, etc. the structure of the assembled plate heat exchanger is shown in figure 1.
The heat exchange plate and the sealing strip are the core parts of the plate heat exchanger. Each plate is provided with 4 corners, which are respectively the inlet and outlet channels of the cold and hot fluid. If the hot (or cold) fluid inlet and outlet in the same side is known as unilateral flow heat transfer, if the cold (or hot) fluid inlet and outlet in the opposite side is called diagonal flow heat transfer, figure 1 is a typical unilateral flow heat transfer.
Plate heat exchanger is used around the trench installation gasket, gasket plate and the adjacent form closed channel, hot and cold fluids in the gasket under the guidance from different channel through and through the plate heat transfer, achieve heat transfer. In order to improve the effect of heat transfer, the hot and cold fluid is usually arranged as counter current heat transfer, the hot fluid flows from top to bottom, and the cold fluid flows from bottom to top. The assembled plate heat exchanger is easy to assemble and maintain, and the number of plates can be increased or reduced according to the requirement of the working condition.
