Therefore, the reasonable selection of removable plate heat exchanger spare parts and installation methods, can improve the efficiency of the detachable plate heat exchanger to extend the service life of equipment, to ensure the safe operation of equipment.

1, the choice of spare parts:

Spare parts generally include plate and gasket, plate material can choose Hastelloy alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.. Thermal properties of stainless steel, thermal conductivity of about 14.4W/ (M - K), high strength, stamping performance is good, not easy to be oxidized, the price ratio of titanium alloy is low, the most use of the heating project, but its ability to resist chloride ion corrosion difference. The design thickness of the plate has nothing to do with its corrosion resistance, which is related to the pressure bearing ability of the heat exchanger. The thickness of the plate can improve the bearing capacity of the heat exchanger. The herringbone plate combination, adjacent plates mutually inverted, corrugated contact with each other, forming a high density and uniform distribution of the fulcrum, the plate angle and edge seal alone L structure has been gradually improved, the heat exchanger has good bearing capacity. The maximum bearing capacity of the domestic detachable plate heat exchanger has reached 2.5MPa. The thickness of the plate has great influence on the heat transfer coefficient, thickness of 0.1mm, the total heat transfer coefficient of symmetric plate type heat exchanger is increased by about 600W/ (M - K), asymmetric increases about 500W/ (M - K). In order to meet the pressure bearing capacity of the heat exchanger, we should try to choose a smaller plate thickness.

       

Sealing gasket is made of raw materials which are provided by internationally renowned manufacturers, and has a long service life. In the hot and cold fluid between the two seal, the middle of the leak area.
