1, maintenance problems

Such as heat exchanger can now open a separate cleaning, but the heat exchanger on the host of this project can not be opened, can only rely on the open heat exchanger inlet and outlet pipe on the valve and plug to clean the heat exchanger, so it is difficult to clean, it is easy to plug, scaling, once the heat is a part of the channel is blocked, the rest of the channel will have to bear all the water flow unit that flows through the heat exchanger flow rate increases, the friction is increased, wear has quickened.
2, quality problems
Compared with the heat transfer surface of other heat exchangers, the heat transfer surface of the plate heat exchanger is rather thin, that is, 0.5mm, and the maximum corrosion degree is 0.05mm/ years. Ordinary plate heat exchanger material usually uses alloy material (304 or 316), the austenitic stainless steel is one of the lowest in 304, for a certain range of organic matter has the ability to resist corruption, but the ability to resist hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid is weak. This project is the main engine of the plate heat exchanger material is 304, then used in the next 8 years, the plate will breakdown, corrosion is inevitable.
3, construction problems
The system is only equipped with the "Y" type filter, not installed electronic water treatment device, so it is difficult to ensure that the pipeline system does not scale. In addition, if the "Y" type filter cleaning is not timely, so that the residual water in the circulating water, even if the shell and tube heat exchanger is not harmful to the formation of small gravel, there will be the risk of plate heat exchanger wear.
