Plate heat exchanger pipe connection and installation?

1, plate heat exchanger device

When the heat exchanger is used to heat the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger should be as close as possible to the evaporation tank, which can shorten the juice of clear juice and juice vapor and reduce the temperature drop. The best heat exchanger before entering into the juice juice valve as the valve to control the evaporation tank (i.e. do not change between the heat exchanger and the evaporation tank valve control), avoid off a small valve into the juice in the heat exchanger to generate additional pressure and water hammer phenomenon in evaporation tank. To reduce the amount of juice into the inlet of the steam (or hot water) valve at the same time, to avoid excessive temperature and pressure inside the device.

Plate heat exchanger to properly handle the connection pipe. In order to prevent the weight of the pipeline and the pulling force or the thrust force of the expansion and contraction of the heat pipe on the connecting flange of the heat exchanger, the connecting pipe of the heat exchanger should be provided with a 90 DEG elbow. It must be before the steam valve, before the start of the pipe water and dirt drain to prevent water hammer and dirt into the boot. The material pipe shall be provided with a by-pass and a valve. And should test the pressure of the joints, before opening the two sides of the channel to test the water pressure test.

Each connection nozzle should be equipped with thermometer and pressure gauge. When steam is heated, the temperature of the condensate water should be only slightly lower than the steam temperature (calculated by saturation), if the drop is too large, there will be water in the unit. The heat exchanger should be equipped with a good steam condensate removal equipment.

The plate plate of the plate heat exchanger is pressed into a whole through the end cover at both sides and a plurality of bolts. One end of the side cover is fixed on the machine frame and is used for connecting the pipeline. When all the materials flow in one way, the inlet and outlet of the cold and hot fluid are connected to the fixed end cover by four pipes. At this time all the plates in four corners of open hole, from A to Z through.

The same side of each plate is firmly adhered to an elastic gasket. When the bolt is tightened, the thickness of the gasket which is pressed is equal to the height of the corrugation of the plate, and the protruding end of the plate and the gasket is positioned on the same plane. Gasket thickness must be accurate. If the gasket is too thick, then the plate corrugation cannot contact each other, the compression deformation; such as gasket is not thick enough, then tighten the bolts when the top plate corrugation close pressed into a small pit, after perforation leakage. Sweden AM-20 type of plate, the gasket with the thickness of 5.4mm.

Prior to installation, the gasket and the plate are bonded to one. The plate is provided with a corresponding dent on the position of the gasket of the device, and the gasket is placed, and the adhesive is used according to the material of the gasket. This practice in the existing equipment need to replace the gasket is more troublesome, when dealing with leakage. Foreign manufacturers in manufacturing plate heat exchanger, can not use "snap" adhesive (Clip on) fixation method, with special structure in position on chip device installed on the small ring gasket, gasket can be fixed in the groove. This method is simple and easy to dismantle and replace the old gasket. This is more suitable for the use of the gasket aging.

2, plate heat exchanger assembly and disassembly

The newly purchased heat exchanger has been installed as a whole and can be installed as a whole. If not necessary, should not be opened. Plate heat exchanger removal and re installation is a very detailed work, by the experienced personnel according to certain rules, to ensure that the installation of a good seal, can be used normally. Incorrect assembly and disassembly and installation will result in poor sealing and deformation of the plate.

The heat exchanger before removal to the original steel plate thickness measuring equipment in the group, shall be respectively below the four angle were measured and recorded. This thickness should be restored as soon as possible during installation. Such as the number of plates, should first calculate the correct total thickness. For example, with BR50 plate 80, the nominal thickness of:

80 * (3.8+0.6) =352mm

The installation after compaction thickness and the nominal value of the difference is less than 1%, the thickness should be between 347 ~ 357mm.

Plate heat exchanger is usually 6 to 12 bolts pressed into the whole. These bolts should be tightened or relaxed evenly and evenly in the assembly and disassembly.

When removing the loosen bolt, loosen the center bolt first and then to the four corner. At the beginning of each 1 ~ 2 laps, more later, repeated several times to completely loosen. Requirements in the relaxation process, the total thickness of the four corners of the board, the left and right deviation does not exceed 10mm, the deviation is not more than 25mm.

When tightening the bolts, tighten the four bolts first, then tighten the central bolt. The asymmetry of the total thickness of the plate group during the tightening process shall not exceed the above values. The mounting bolt shall be of a length of wrench so that the applied torque is appropriate. If the BR50 type fastening bolt is M30, the length of the wrench is 500mm.

The plate heat exchanger provided by foreign countries often provides a "limit wrench", which limits the tightening torque not exceeding a certain limit (when the applied torque is too large, the wrench automatically slips). Too long wrench and too much torque is harmful, it may make the gasket compression too much, even the top of the corrugated plate into a small pit. The plate heat exchanger of a sugar factory in our country is caused by the multiple plates.

When tightening or loosening the bolt, the other end is controlled by the end cap and cannot be rotated. After the heat exchanger is disassembled, the plate should be suspended on the bracket
