The oil temperature must be controlled within the specified range (the maximum not more than 60-65 degrees Celsius, not less than 35-40 DEG C) temperature is too high may be bearing and other parts overheating and damage. And will reduce the use of lubricating oil, the temperature is too low will increase the viscosity of lubricating oil, increase friction consumption, and even the purpose of the machine vibration. Therefore, the use of plate heat exchanger through regulating the flow of cooling water to reduce the purpose of lubricating oil temperature.
