Three defects of plate heat exchanger cleaning

Cause the metal plate between the medium leakage and demineralized water cooling water heat exchanger using continuous casting equipment, often appear leakage phenomenon, desalted water into industrial water, increase the cost of desalted water and heat exchanger spare parts of a large loss also increases the cost of the equipment.
3, the regular removal of heat exchanger, the hanging notch metal plate at both ends of the deformation, deformation will not occur due to notch of metal plates, so the metal plate is easy to deform, when water flows through the heat exchanger, will affect the flow rate, increasing of scaling and corrosion of the heat exchanger, see figure 1.
