Plate heat exchanger seal replacement fixing technology

An important component of heat exchange technology in process industry equipment. The utility model relates to an elastic sealing pad which is sealed between the plate heat radiating fins, and is an easy wearing part. Its service life has an important influence on the service life of plate heat exchanger. If the seal is hardened and the original elasticity is lost, the heat exchanger can not work properly.

1 fixed:

In principle, the seal is divided into two types of adhesive fixation and non adhesive fixation. The shape of the gasket should be consistent with the shape of the plate seal. It must be pointed out that the adhesive fixing method does not have any effect on the sealing function.

(1) non adhesive seal

Alignment: put the sealing ring in place: the sealing ring is pressed into the sealing groove. In the sealing groove, there is a groove structure with a gradually decreasing cross section, so that the sealing ring is positioned correctly

(2) adhesive seal

According to the purpose of sealing gasket and sealing quality requirements, the use of different manufacturers of flexible sealant and non - harmonic sealant. Prior to bonding, steam and air flow should be used to completely remove the adhesive residue and the residual gasket. For sealing adhesive to reconcile, must be combined with the adhesive residue on the surface of the gasket and the residual burn as heat exchanger. 2 replacement of seals:

(1) inspection and testing of reuse performance. Check the wall thickness of heat exchanger and pipeline in the case of suspected rust.

(2) to remove the aging seals, according to the different dirt, acid alkali cleaning tank for chemical cleaning, the surface of the parts will be cleaned by chemical media (such as gasoline) corrosion damage.

(3) after chemical cleaning, a high pressure purge device is used to thoroughly remove the chemical medium remaining on the surface of the plate heat exchanger.

(4) each heat exchanger plate is coated with a fluorescent test agent, and the small cracks and the corrosion holes are examined under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, and the utility model is cleaned again. In addition, it is necessary to focus on checking the sealing groove, if necessary, to repair.

(5) for bonding the seals, will completely remove the residual material, using blend adhesive to adhere, the re combination of the heat exchanger group clamped in a special fixture, and the adhesive curing; heating in the holding furnace, in order to achieve the best effect of bonding. For non adhesive gasket, the sealing device is fixed in the heat sink with different devices.

(6) the bonding position and bonding quality of each plate heat sink are examined and classified according to the installation sequence.

The sealing pad determines the service life of the heat exchanger, the large number of the heat exchanger, the plate is generally not damaged, and the sealing pad is easy to aging caused by leakage, so the seal pad determines the quality and service life of heat exchanger.
